Cancelling your Account

If you no longer require your Gridfox Account, you can request to cancel it.

Open up the Account menu in the top right hand corner and select Settings.

Select Cancellation from the left hand menu.

Choose whether you would like to deactivate or delete your account and click Continue.

Add any notes you would like to send to the team and click Submit.

One of the Gridfox Team will get in touch to organise the cancellation of your Account.
