What is a project?

A project is what you build in Gridfox – your own custom app.

Do projects work on mobile?

Yes, Gridfox works across laptops, tablets and mobile devices.

Where is my project hosted?

All projects are hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud and are accessible from anywhere.

Can I hire someone to build my projects?

Yes, contact us to discuss tailored build packages.

Can I use my own subdomain name?

Yes, custom domains are supported with our professional plan.

Who owns my data?

You always own all of your data managed within Gridfox.

Can I export my data?

Yes, from Team plan upwards you can export any data in XLSX format.

What are tables?

Tables are similar to spreadsheet worksheets. You configure fields and create records, where fields can be thought of as columns, and records as rows.

How secure is my data?

Security is a number one priority within Gridfox. Read more about how your data is kept secure on our security page.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can log in to your account and click 'Cancel Registration' at any time.

How do I share my project with others?

You can easily share your project with others by simply adding them as a user to your project.
